Payne and Ms. McGee<\/p>\n<p>We were very proud of our Cross  Country Team. We had 27 students who were finalists. Congratulations to all of  them, and especially to the Grade 1 boys team and Grade 6 boys team who both won  2nd place in the city, bringing back to Allenby our first Cross Country finalist  banners! Also a special congratulations to Jordan Latham in Ms. Marshall&#8217;s class  who pushed through the mud, finishing second place of all the Grade 1 boys in  the city as well as Andrew Tenai (Grade 3) who came in 8th and Marco Panozzo  (Grade 6) who came in 5th in their Grade categories. We are so proud of ALL our  Allenby runners. GO ALLENBY!!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Girls&#8217;s Slow Pitch<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mr. G. and Ms Uddenberg<\/p>\n<p>The Girls had a great season,  playing with great spirit and a lot of heart, ending up at the Conference  Finals, where they lost to Brown School after playing an outstanding game.  Congratulations.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Boys&#8217; Football<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mr. G.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Grade 6 Boys&#8217;  Football Team<\/strong> had a good season and made it to the Conference Finals,  where they were beaten by John Ross Robertson.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> Grade 5 Boys&#8217;  Football Team<\/strong> are the City Champions this year! Team members include  Chris Power, Mark Bowins, Caleb Cho, Dylan Wagman, Justin Allard, Connor Hicks,  Matt Tenai, Eric Kerbel, Jake Austin, Ben Chan, Thomas Little, Jake Austin and  Ben Rowatt.
