Swim Team is back and we are looking for enthusiastic swimmers interested in competing on behalf of our school.\u00a0<strong>Parents, if your child is interested in participating, please complete the tryout form on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/parent.ema.tdsb.on.ca\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EMA<\/a>. If you do not complete the form, your child will not be allowed to try out.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Swim Team tryouts will be held on the following dates:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monday, January 13 at 7:45 am\u2014Grade 4<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wednesday, January 15 at 7:45 am\u2014Grade 5<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monday, January 20 at 7:45 am\u2014Grade 6<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The team will be posted on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, and regular practices will be held on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7:45\u20138:45 am, starting Monday, January 27.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Requirements: strong swimming skills\u2014you must be able to pass the deep-end test; proficiency in front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and\/or butterfly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you have any questions, please reach out to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:dusan.ignjatovic@tdsb.on.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mr.\u00a0Ignjatovic<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mark.barta@tdsb.on.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mr. Barta<\/a>, or <a href=\"mailto:sachi.banerjee@tdsb.on.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ms. Banarjee<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attention Allenby Sea Lions!
