AVP is how we ensure that each child is accounted for. If your child is  going to be absent or late, we ask that you call the school before 9:00  and let the school know &#8211; telling the teacher directly is not enough.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s where the <strong>volunteers<\/strong> come in. Each morning we need a volunteer to call the homes of every  child who is marked absent and who&#8217;s parents have not called in. It&#8217;s a  simple job, especially when every parent remembers to call the office.<\/p>\n<p>Help  make sure our kids are safe! Save the APA some money (by not hiring a  dedicated AVP caller).
