To make our job easier and to make sure\u00a0<i>your<\/i>\u00a0child is safely at school when they should be, please call the Attendance Verification line (416-393-9114; save it in your cell or put it by your home phone) if your child will be\u00a0<b>EITHER ABSENT OR LATE.<\/b>\u00a0It is not sufficient to tell your child\u2019s teacher or talk to the office staff.\u00a0<b><i>All absences need to be called in, even for religious holidays<\/i><\/b>. Everything you need to know and do is below:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Attendance Verification: 416-393-9114<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Please leave the following info:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>1) Your child\u2019s name (it is helpful to spell it)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>2) Your child\u2019s room number (not just the teacher name please)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>3) If your child will be late or absent<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>4) How long they will be absent if more than one day<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>5) Reason for their absence.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Please speak clearly and audibly. Spell your child\u2019s name even if it is John Smith.
