Richard Gentry, PhD<\/strong>, a former university professor and elementary school teacher and author of <em>Raising Confident Readers: How to Teach Your Child to Read and Write<\/em> will deliver the keynote on Raising Confident Readers from K-12.<\/p>\n<p>Workshops will run throughout the day and include topics such as: Building Skills in Reading and Writing; Family Storytelling; French \u2026 helping your child to succeed; and many more. There will also be an information marketplace that will feature an array of community agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Child-minding, interpretation, and bussing will be available through registration only.
