It is now our responsibility to keep it that way. We ask that everyone adheres to TDSB\u2019s Artificial Turf Rules and to help remind other users of the rules after school hours:<\/li>\n<li>No pets (e.g. dogs) in the schoolyard, especially on the turf<\/li>\n<li>No wheeled objects (strollers, bikes, scooters etc.). Please use the track to make your way around<\/li>\n<li>No fireworks<\/li>\n<li>No golf<\/li>\n<li>No smoking<\/li>\n<li>Soccer posts and baseball backstop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Running track with lanes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Protective fencing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>separating the field from the playscape and basketball areas<\/li>\n<li>NO climbing the fence please!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basketball courts and line games<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New basketball court with 2 new posts\/nets and Triple Hoop<\/li>\n<li>Four Square, 100s chart and hopscotch games<\/li>\n<li>Rocks for sitting and 6 trees for shade (trees to come fall 2015)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Playscape<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New musical play equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>coloured drums and pagoda bells to encourage musical exploration and expression<\/li>\n<li>Please use gently and respect others by not playing too loudly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sitting logs and Peace Pole <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for quiet time and\/or to resolve arguments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Still to Come<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Row of trees to be planted to the south of the field<\/li>\n<li>New sand for our long jump pit<\/li>\n<li>Donor recognition items<\/li>\n<li>A grand opening and thank you for the school and community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We hope that the students, staff, families and community will enjoy Allenby\u2019s new space and help to keep it clean and safe for all.
