The APA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee works with the school to foster engagement, productivity, and\u00a0dialogue\u00a0with Allenby families to\u00a0promote\u00a0Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion\u00a0in\u00a0the Allenby student and family community.<\/p>\n

We accomplish this through sharing resources\u00a0and information in\u00a0the newsletter, organizing\u00a0educational events, and advocating for policies and procedures that align with DEI practices.<\/p>\n

For this school year, our activities will be guided by 3 key questions\/priorities:<\/p>\n

  1. How can we continue to make Allenby a safe and inclusive space for our kids?<\/li>\n
  2. How can we promote continued compassion and understanding in our community?<\/li>\n
  3. What are some ways in which parents can get support from one another?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
