We Need Blankets!!!<\/p>\n

Now that winter is over (at least we hope it is!), it’s time to put away all those heavy winter blankets. Do you have too many blankets to fit into the closet this year? If so, we would love to have them! The APA is collecting clean blankets for an emergency evacuation survival kit, to be used in case students are evacuated from the pool. In the event of a fire, students must leave the pool area immediately and go outside, potentially in wet bathing suits – even if it’s minus 20 degrees outside and snowing! The survival kit will contain blankets and footwear that students can use until alternate provisions are made.<\/p>\n

Please bring any clean, gently used blankets to the office. They can be left in the bin marked “Blankets.”<\/p>\n
