To all families registered in After 4:
Please be reminded that pick up for the After 4 Program is at 4:45pm. When families are late for pick up, not only is the child waiting, but Jamie is required to stay late as well.
We will be implementing a new policy starting in the Winter Term. If a family is late for pick up (after 5pm) more than once, the child will be asked to leave the program.
Please also be reminded that if alternate pick up arrangements need to be made, you must advise Jamie prior to pick up. For the safety of your children, consent is required for any pick up arrangements that differ from the authorized individuals stated on your registration form.
