It’s been great to see the staff and students enjoy the new schoolyard this week! Everyone can do their part in keeping it clean and safe. We kindly ask that students, staff and families adhere to theTDSB’s Artificial Turf Rules during and after school hours:
- No pets (e.g. dogs) in the schoolyard, especially on the turf
- No wheeled objects (strollers, bikes, scooters etc.). Please use the track to make your way around.
- No fireworks
- No golf
- No smoking
- No climbing the fences!
Still to Come
- Line painting for four square, 100s chart and hopscotch games, and painted lanes for running track
- Trees to be planted at south end of field; rocks and trees alongside the basketball court
- New baseball backstop
- Paint/Primer for storage shed
- Sand for long jump pit
- Donor recognition items
- A grand opening and thank you for the school and community
