The 2016 Allenby Fun Fair was a great success! We had amazing weather and amazing turn out. It was a great showing of the fantastic Allenby community spirit that we all talk so much about. Special thank you to all of you who volunteered and who also stepped in to help on the day of the fair and helped us fill our gaps. We really could not have done it without you.
Thank you to all of our sponsors and donors. Many volunteered at the fair as well and commented at how great our Allenby community is. Let’s make sure that we show them our support too!
A big thank you to the caretaking staff who answered every request with a “can-do” attitude. Special thanks also to the staff who braved the dunk tank – you’re awesome! And of course thank you to all the staff who brought their families out to the fair to show them why they love working at Allenby.
And of course to the tireless group of volunteers who made up the Fun Fair Committee for 2016. Thank you for your energy, enthusiasm, hard work, and commitment.
We are still calculating our final numbers, but initial number crunching shows that the Fun Fair raised over $30,000 that will be directed towards APA funded initiatives at the school.
