Thank you to the staff and students for your patience during this last week of school as Schoolyard construction preparations begin. Fences have been installed which means smaller playing area is available. With the summer months approaching, we ask that all families and children pay extra attention and care to stay away from the fenced-in area. Please remind your children not to climb the fences or try to go through them. It is a construction site and the safety of our students and community is a key priority.
The TDSB is optimistic that these pre-July preparations will increase the likelihood that the artificial turf field and running track will be ready for the start of school in September.
We are all hoping for good weather so that work can progress at a quick pace.
