After 4 classes will begin during the week of October 3rd and run for 8 weeks until the week of November 21st. Monday classes will end on November 28th (no classes on Thanksgiving Monday). All classes run from 3:40 to 4:40 p.m., and students are to be picked up outside the library at 4:45 p.m. Students should go directly from their regular classroom to their After 4 classes. Grade 1 students will meet Jamie in the school office and she will escort them to the After 4 classroom for the first 2 sessions. Daycare students should report to Daycare, and will be taken to their After 4 classes by Daycare staff.
Confirmations of registration were sent by e-mail earlier this week.
Please note the dismissal procedure: for safety purposes, students must enter the Library and Jamie must check them off the attendance list before they can be released to the parents or caregivers. Please be patient! Students who have permission to walk home on their own must check out with Jamie first. Jamie will escort the Daycare students back to Daycare.
It is the responsibility of parents to inform the school if a child will NOT be attending an After 4 class. Please notify Jamie in the school AVP office at 416-393-9114 ext.1 of any absences or changes in arrangements.
