We are at the end of Week 8 for the TDSB partnership with Toronto Hydro to earn funds for school bike racks. So far, 1,600 households have signed-up and raised $15,000. Allenby has 3 households that have signed up.
Toronto Hydro has extended the end date of this campaign to December 31. That gives Allenby 4 more weeks to sign up and help our school earn points towards free bike racks.
Toronto Hydro also added a draw to help lift our campaign – All customers who register for eBills /PAP from November 24 to December 31 will be entered for a chance to win a $2,000, $1,000 or $500 Loblaw gift card. The contest runs from November 25 to December 31, 2014. This is a rare fundraising opportunity whose all proceeds benefit our schools, so let’s try our best to get more sign-ups.
