The grade 1 students in room 102 have been watching “Kid President” and have decided to support Socktober this year. Combining what they have learned in Science (changing seasons), Social Studies (community partners), and Media Literacy (sharing information) into a service learning project, room 102 is asking for donations of NEW socks and new or barely used hats, mitts/gloves and scarves for Covenant House.
Donations will be accepted until Monday, October 31.
