Yoga/Pilates Mindfulness at Allenby

The benefits for physical health and mental well-being of yoga, pilates and mindfulness are well documented and Allenby is hoping to pilot some training opportunities for students and staff. If you are able to help provide training, we would be thrilled if you could spare some time to volunteer with us! We would also welcome mats if you have any to donate.
