1. Ticket and Wristband Sales Are Open
Wristbands enable a child to have unlimited access to all inflatable rides and Toddler Zone rides. Tickets are used to access everything at the fair, including food, drinks, games, activities, and inflatables. Inflatable rides range from 3–7 tickets, games and activities from 1–4 tickets, and food and drinks from 2–12 tickets.
If you have multiple children, please order everything under your eldest child’s name to help facilitate a smooth distribution process for our volunteer team!

2. Volunteers Urgently Needed (Recess Challenge Is On)
Fun Fair is two weeks away, and we are still greatly in need of volunteers. Currently, we have only 33% of volunteer spots filled. If you haven’t already, please sign up to volunteer for one or more sessions while your kids enjoy the Fun Fair. We are all really looking forward to this wonderful event, but it can only happen with your support. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive enough volunteers for all the rides and activities, we will have to cancel some of them.
As an added incentive to volunteer, the Recess Challenge is now on. Each time you sign up for a shift, your child’s classroom comes one step closer to winning an extra recess!

This year’s auction is fully digital through 32Auctions, with bidding updated in real time. Payment will also be completed online by credit card directly through the platform.

4. LAWN SIGNS: Help Spread the Fun
Let’s get the word out in the community about Fun Fair! We’re looking to place lawn signs throughout the neighbourhood. Are you willing to put up a sign on your lawn this year? Or do you still have a lawn sign from last year that you can put up or return for another family to use?

5. Prize Room Games/Toys Wanted
Please consider donating a toy or game (unused, in its original packaging) to the Fun Fair’s Prize Room. These can be brought directly to the Front Office, where there is a bin set up for collection. Thank you so much for your help and generosity!
