The safety fencing for the TURF installation was be erected on Monday, June 22. All construction vehicles will be accessing the field through the Castlefield entrance. As a result, we are asking that all families and students mind the following:
• There will be NO pedestrian access into the schoolyard through the Castlefield gate near the parking lot entry;
• Families are asked to NOT PARK along the Castlefield side of the school yard east of the telecommunications switching box;
• Students will require adult supervision when on the north side of Castlefield near Avenue Road during the week days when construction vehicles are moving in or out of the school yard;
• The Kiss’n Ride morning drop-off will not be affected and we encourage families to continue using this area for dropping off students;
• After school hours, please keep students away from the fenced-in area and avoid climbing on the fences; and
• The south end of the school parking lot will also be impacted throughout the construction project.
